ABOUT TRAVEL VACCINATIONS

CHOOSE YOUR TYPE OF

TRAVEL VACCINATION VISIT

We offer three types of travel vaccination visits/consultations to better serve the varying needs of different travelers.  All vaccinations will require a choice of one of these three consultation types with the associated fee.  They are: Basic Visit ($55 + Vaccine Fee), Intermediate Visit ($95+Vaccine Fee) or Comprehensive Visit (Pre-Travel Health Consultation--$150+ Vaccine Fee).

Remember, the best way to have a great time traveling is to prepare to remain healthy during your trip!  We look forward to helping you to have a great time on your trip.

You should have your Pre-Travel Health Consultation 4 to 6 weeks before departure.  Some vaccinations need to be taken in a series lasting a month or more.   Please be aware that we do not file  medical insurance claims for travel consultations and vaccinations in preparation for travel, so be prepared to pay for your visit and vaccinations at the time of your visit.  We accept Visa, Mastercard,  Discover and American Express.  We do not accept checks.

All Travel Vaccination Consultations are separate visits and cannot be combined with any other type of office visit. 

You should complete and print out your Travel Registration forms which will be emailed to you once you schedule your appointment.  Remember to bring them, along with your immunization records,  to your appointment.  You should also read our Privacy Policy.
