Pre-Travel Health Consultations

We are committed to helping travelers have a healthy and enjoyable trip. You will meet personally with Dr. Alice Coghill, who will review with you your travel itinerary, your planned activities, your previous immunizations and the latest health advisories for the countries you plan to visit. Recommendations for vaccinations will be based on details concerning your trip, your medical history and your vaccination history. You will receive your vaccinations at the end of the consultation.

We are licensed to administer all travel vaccinations.
Midtown Primary Care is an Official Yellow Fever Vaccination Center. All visits for vaccinations require a initial consultation fee of $95 in addtion to the vaccination fee.

It is not our policy to file insurance claims for pre-travel health consultations or the vaccinations that accompany such  consultations. Patients are expected to pay for their visit and vaccinations at the time of service.  You will be given appropriate information to file an insurance claim for reimbursement.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.  We do not accept checks.
