Uninsured Patients Are Welcome

If you are uninsured, please do not hesitate to call us.  We pride ourselves on being "uninsured friendly."  Simply ask to speak with our Practice Manager and inquire about our Membership Plans.  He will meet with you and discuss the advantages of joining one of our Membership Plans, or help you to arrange a payment plan if you wish.

Workman's Compensation & No-Fault/Auto Insurance Claiments

We DO NOT accept or file claims for Workman's Compenstation or automobile insurance claims.  But we do understand the desire to be treated by your regular doctor whom you know and trust.

If you wish to come to our office for evaluation and/or treatment as the result of an injury at work or an automobile accident , you should come prepared to make payment in full at the time of your visit.
